Excellent informal conversation. This takes me back to the days on tour with the Welsh rowing team. You could substitute the people (and sport/standard of course) and the topics would be the same. Really enjoy the insights into the race and personalities. Its this element that keeps me engaged (more please). Would also appreciate some information on the technical aspects (yes I’m a numbers geek) but Watts, food and gears are always of interest. As well as the things you probably think mundane!
Another request for you gentlemen to get lachlan morton on ya show. You gave him an award for his alt toure last year. Now he’s just done a huge fundraising ride for Ukrainian refugees. He’s a lovely guy too. Cheers lads
