I have a question, I’m not sure it will be seen, I hope it is seen by someone. I am a HUGE fan of astronomy, cosmology, never went to college, but love it, ALL. I have heard in billions of years, all galaxy’s will be moving away from each other, however, in the same theory, I have heard of the Great Attractor, so, what am I missing here? Are we moving away from each other, or are we all moving into a gravity field of “The Great Attractor” all moving toward each other?

My son and I had a deep conversation about conciousness. He said he reached his peak conciousness, I told him his life will change when he graduates and his conciousness, perceptions of the world and people around him and his experiences will change all the time.

No. There’s no such thing as FTL travel, that’s why no aliens have ever visited Earth, and why no earthling will ever visit another star system. It would literally take 10s of thousands of years to accomplish even modest interstellar missions. Warp drives, wormholes, hyperspace... it’s all fantasy.

This conversation was cringeworthy with the amount of ’jokes’ being injected. The topic is fascinating and really cool to hear about but the constant BS is really embarrassing. I feel sorry for the Commander.

Sir DA has done more for the planet than everyone in that room combined.
