Pure gold. That‘s what this series of two teaching podcasts is from Caesar Kowlinowski on the development of leaders, especially leaders for a missional community environment. Where can I get me some of those??? It‘s kind of important (like, essential) to have missionally-minded leaders to lead mission-oriented communities. Newsflash: the church isn‘t the place that is developing these kinds of leaders. Something different is needed. This podcast gives some very good, concise help.
