Brave nurses, well done!

I’m a nurse.....I am constantly fighting/arguing/ agitating to ” just do my job” as are most nurses and I am exhausted. I cannot imagine how these poor nurses feel. I am seething with anger, as usual it’s management not listening, being ineffective and causing harm. I am disgusted and horrified for these victims and their families. Great podcast re bringing this to light.
