Okay,so if anybody wants to lose weight,just try intermittent fasting,I’ve done the 16/8,which means I ONLY ate in the 8 hr window,I’d have my last meal, snack or whatever at 6:30-6:59 pm,but don’t eat again until 11 am the next day,it works,I’ve lost 20 lbs in 2 months,good luck

Hey both I was in Barcelona last month and paid to visit the stadium... unfortunately there was no stadium it’s been demolished and is being rebuilt..but they do have a good museum an interactive displays..and a massive room full of their winning cups,they are playing a few miles down the road at the Olympic stadium but what a city, so beautiful Barcelona for ever, I want to see more of Spain it’s amazing.

Hey Bill I love Salvias, there are plenty of tough ones, but they are all really good for taking cutting so if you snap a bit off, stick it a pot water it and it will root, in the autumn cut your Salvias right back dig en up and use the stems as cuttings keep them frost free over winter and you will have lots of plants for next year..wish we had hummingbirds here in the uk love the show, best wishes from Southampton, the show is great because of the research that’s done...keep it up you old bugg
