Listening to our government representatives in particular the Green Party ( and I must declare that I voted for them) was the greatest exercise in BS I have heard. We are living in Spain, you could not walk down the streets here with alcohol in hand, neither can you toilet, walk naked or fall semi comatose onto the streets. The police just don't accept it. And as a it's safe to walk the streets. Such mealy mouthed balderdash and excuse making!!! And because of this approach it will all continue.
