We all know Mann is a liar. Wouldn’t you present your data if you were telling the truth? I would, you would as would any respectable person. Mann is not a respectable person.

Don’t be too upset. This shows climate science perfectly for what it is. You don’t need to show any evidence! You don’t need to show data and you can silence anyone that contradicts you with a corrupt court.

I’m really depressed about this - so what Mark Steyn must be feeling like is anyones guess. Hopefully there will be an appeal. (Maybe Elon Musk might be persuaded to underwrite it?) Can Steyn ask the court to pay Dr Tim Ball’s (was that his name?) family instead of Mann?

So the jury gave the verdict to michael mann. WTF.... I’m really depressed. Free Speech is dead.

Surely… with a complete lack of evidence and the plaintiffs desperate attempt to make this about a global climate position and not Manns ego the jury will have to find the defendants innocent. Anywhere else this would be a slam dunk for against Mann.

Excellent podcast detailing and highlighting the back and forth of a case that should be being reported 24/7 in the mainstream media. Alas, the shonky underpinnings of a fraudulent hypothesis will never be truly exposed whilst such large agendas and financial interests are reliant on its obscurity.
