The judge then told him he was the stupidest person he had ever met. He was in jail for about 4 years, and wasn‘t allowed to live less than 200kms away from her. But he still called and has been taumenting her. Demanding to speak to the kids. But really that was an excuse to continue to abuse her. She stronger now, but he still threatens her. He has no idea where she lives but knows she‘s married. She‘s a lot happier but she‘s very damaged.

She continued to be abused and I had to tell her she needed to leave town so she wouldn‘t keep going back to be abused. So she did. He eventually went to court and while waiting, he called her, the same officer was by her and he was begging her to drop the charges. The officer spoke to him on the phone and informed him that she had now power because the restraining order was put in place by the police not her. Then everything, including what had just happened was told to the judge.

He was abusing her, like he always did, threatening her life, the phone was on speaker phone. The officer sitting across from us witnessed the whole thing. He sent a patrol to the house, and he was arrested. He thought they thought he was arrested because he was trying to break into his own house and trying to convince them it‘s his house. We know, they said. After being reliased on bail, even though there was a restraining order but he would threaten her in order to see his kids.

I was an Elizabeth. Luckily we dragged her to the police and made it impossible for her to deny what was happening to her. She always wanted to go to the police but would always change her mind.
