That was straight up 100% FACT that the officiating was some of the worst I have ever seen in my life. KY defense wasn’t awful tbh, it was the officials calling a highly one sided game. There is no denying that.

Something that will be overlooked is UK crashing the boards in the second half. This is an energy team, when they play with energy they are straight up DOGS and not just a very good team, they are GREAT. the talent talk, these boys are winners, they refuse to lose, you gotta kill us to beat us attitude. IMO Clemson was a fluke loss (bad officiating, foul trouble, etc.), not that Clemson is a bad team or bad loss on the road.

I know it’s early but I’m serious, this team is gonna be a good team this year. They have balance, inside and out, they defend, they have cohesion and play as a team. This team can win in multiple ways, and that is what it takes to win Championships. This Kentucky team this year is not one dimensional and they will be very very good.

I have my doubts but if this team has any chance they have to grit their teeth and play defense. South Carolina shot good outside but I have never seen so many open layups in a basketball game in my life. They are playing with no urgency, no ferocity and controlled aggression. No pride in that jersey. If we lose we lose, but losing when you know that team gave limited effort it is frustrating. It comes down to effort. If they play hard and lose I’m OK with it, and I will support this team.
