Wisconsin voted for Republicans like the majority of the country because Joe Biden insisted on running for a second term until a few months before the election and then he said vote for Kamala Harris who would have never won the primaries and gotten the nomination. The Democrats elected Trump by not finding a candidate a year before in the primaries.
