love this episode.. sleep is so important.. heard that episode years ago and try to practice it while being homeless at the moment.. and magnesium is my go to.. homeless shelters provide foods, carb intake and shelf safe, not alot of protein, veggies and such.. but we try (my puppy dog Friday and I).. The Creator will find us a home, while we work and try to open doors.. Being homeless recently.. I realize and know how grateful a good night sleep is.. Thank you Shawn for all your amazing advice and knowledge you share.. we have been a fan since your beginning.. and thumbs up when you on Secret to Success podcast.. that’s how I know about your amazingness..

I’ve recently discovered your podcast, love it! Just a quick comment on this episode with Ana Cabeca, whom I love and have heard speak many times before. I’m now questioning one concept, however, and it’s the ” blanket approach” to a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting can be a huge stressor, particularly for women, and eventually become the cause for hormone imbalance, if we’re already under stress. I ketoed and fasted my way to severe ill-health. Let’s talk about individual situations!
