A lot of parallels with Islamic fundamentalists who feel their acts are justified by God Almighty. And that means are justified by the ends since the ends are to make the world more holy and please God more. Sounds like situational ethics to me. Which the religious right has accused secular humanists of since at least the 1980s.

I’m a 66 y/o life long Dem who plans to vote for Biden, no matter what!!! The alternative for our country is absolutely unthinkable!!! BTW, I love the POL podcast!!! Thanks for all you are doing to educate the public about the need to preserve our democracy!
