Across the UK it is an offence to be drunk in public if you are unable to look after yourself and furthermore the person in question was under the legal drinking age of 18 but of course we like in a society where the younger generations have their empty heads filled at school with right without any mention of responsibility so it was easier to blame someone that had delicates his life to service the travelling public.
