This week on the Brute Strength Podcast, I’m interviewing of the CrossFit OG’s, James Fitzgerald. James was the 2007 CrossFit Games champion as an individual, since then he’s made a big splash in the fitness world as the founder of OPEX Fitness. Aside for an incredible athlete, James has entered the realm of Master Coach. In this episode we get to learn about some of James’ inspirations and mentors as a coach, as well as mastery, the art of program design, bodybuilding, and of course, CrossFit. If you want to hear from a guy making waves in the fitness world, then James is your man. Enjoy the show.
