Today on the pod we are joined by Valerie Forstman. Valerie is an associate master Zen teacher in the Sanbo Kyodan tradition, and also has a Ph.D in Hebrew Biblical Interpretation.
In our conversation she tells the story of her introduction to Zen practice, she talks about the way her practice has impacted her life and specifically how it is impacting the way she walks through these strange times of the social distancing and canceled plans, and she shares about some of the ways that Zen gave her new ways to interpret the unconditional love she found in her spiritual roots.
