110: Don’t Tap Out! with Justin Morris

Hello Warriors and Battle Buddies!

Here we go with Episode 110 with today's guest Justin Morris.

About 4 years ago Justin fell and hit the back of his head on ice while going out ice fishing in his home state of Wisconsin. He has not been the same since.

As is the case with all head injuries, the are unique, but they are also unique in how people can be affected. In Justin's case, this is certainly true. He is a black belt in multiple martial arts including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Because of his injury he has found it extremely hard to train and teach the students he has in his school. We get to learn about how Justin has coped, where he is today in his journey, how he started another business in the worst of times and maybe most interestingly, how skateboarding has helped him.

As of the recording Justin has a few YouTube channels which are in the show notes and is in the process of writing a book about his injury and mindset around it.
