The No-Till Growers Podcast Network
Education
Hey everyone, it’s Alex Ball with another episode of the No-Till Market Garden Podcast! I’m really excited to share a conversation with you all from Adam of Country Valley Farm in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In the interview we get into building new no-till beds with deep woodchips, animal pressure on the farm, the realities of farming with a full-time job, and producing garlic for the wholesale market.
A big thanks to Adam for sitting down to share all the work he and his family are doing at CVF. He has such a love for not only ecological farming, but for feeding his community and sharing the positivity that comes with being in touch with the land. I was really impressed by his deep wood chip compost method for building organic matter and I think i’m going to trial his technique on my own farm. If you want to learn more about their farm or are just looking for organic seed garlic, check out their website and their social media for more information. Thanks so much for listening!
