Joe Biden surprised the world on Presidents' Day by going to Ukraine to bring a hefty check to Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Biden administration has spent an estimated $113 billion on military and civilian aid for Ukraine since the war began, and on Monday, it announced a further $500 million worth of military equipment would soon be headed to Ukraine.
