Max Eisenbud has spent the last 20 years as an IMG agent to tennis stars Maria Sharapova, Emma Raducanu and Li Na. In this hour-long interview, he tells us about what makes a good agent, how his life changed when Maria Sharapova became part of it, dealing with tennis parents, and why he doesn't expect to see Emma Raducanu change her approach to hiring coaches.
