TBP 266: Joe Yerdon Talks Bills, Sabres, Election Night & Xmas Season

It wasn’t pretty but the Bills defeated New England on Sunday, 24-21 to improve to 6-2 at their halfway point of the 2020 regular season, not only securing their lock on top of the AFC east but almost certainly sending New England away for good and ending their 20-year run of divisional dominance. Patrick and Joe discuss the game and their biggest takeaways from it, including referencing a tweet from Bruce Nolan that captures how their feeling, reinforcements being badly needed on defense and the team evolving in that their finding a variety of ways to win football games.

When it comes to the Sabres, Patrick gets Joe’s thoughts on the drafting of Jack Quinn and major free agent signing of Taylor Hall.

They also spend time discussing what’s to an insane election night and beyond in regards to not only results but reactional behavior from social media, Patrick getting caught in the middle of a political rally in Florida, if November 1st is the correct start for Christmas season and much more.
