Life is busy. If you’re a working mum like me, you can often find yourself being pulled in all directions and it can feel a constant battle to keep on top of it all. When we’re under lots of pressure, good intentions can go out the window and we end up reaching for convenience foods full of processed nasties that aren’t actually going to help us feel better. Today I want to talk about simple steps you can put into practice to stop life getting on top of you. In this episode, I share lots of practical tips that are going to help you keep nourishing yourself and your family even when you’re really busy.
