Real Estate news has been challenging the last few months, and recently in the news individuals have had their houses sold right out from under them. We invited Allison McMurter-Hughes from McMurter & Associates to chat about this and title insurance. Maybe home owners were away on vacation, or maybe they moved out to do renos, only to find out that someone forged or copied their ID, got their house listed, usually at a reduced price to encourage a quick sale and sold their house!
