On this episode of the Dr. Tyna Show, I am sitting down with Catharine Arnston, the Founder, CEO and Chief Scientific Officer of Energy Bits, makers behind the small but mighty algae tablets. My mentor was big into the health benefits of algae as a supplement, but I’ve never given it the attention that it deserves. Recently I was looking into it again as a food source, as I am not a huge fan of vegetables. I am transitioning out of a largely meat-based, carnivore diet and back into a more variety type diet now that my gut and immune symptoms are more under control, and algae seems like a perfect fit for this. As luck would have it, I was connected to Catharine and I couldn’t wait to get her on the show and pick her brain. This was a fascinating conversation and I learned a lot, I know you will too.
