In an age of economic uncertainty, there is one thing that has remained - flat wage growth.
ACTU Secretary, Sally McManus, recently addressed the issue of Australia's desperate need for a pay rise as part of the Australia Institute's webinar series.
On today's episode of 'On the Job', Sally shares her thoughts on the broken wages bargain, and is joined in conversation by the Director of the Centre for Future Work at the Australia Institute, Dr Jim Stanford.
