We are in our second week of social distancing in DC, and you might be feeling a little cabin fever. But even when our bodies are not in motion, our inner world is. We still have thoughts, feelings, and emotions bubbling up. In today's meditation, we'll be directing our breath, energy, and attention to make sure that emotions keep moving through the body, instead of getting stuck and causing distress.
