Cody Rhodes seemed determined to challenge Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in a rematch from their main event match at WrestleMania 39 but The Rock has come, and screwed Cody Rhodes out of finishing his story, in one of the worst creative blunders in modern WWE history.
