It is Randy's Mission to share these powerful stories and inspire others to become "Personal Heroes" themselves and to reach out with kindness, compassion and charity. Randy's belief and philosophy is simple yet poignant…." TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE".During his police career, Randy penned three popular books about his, and other officer's experiences. 'TRUE BLUE Police Stories by Those Who Have Lived Them" was his first. Moved by the tragedy of 9/11, Randy wanted to bring to life stories from officers on the New York Police Department as well as officers from around the nation. He donated the royalties for a fund set up for the families of the officers killed in the attack. Two other books followed including the critically acclaimed "A COPS LIFE" and a second edition of "TRUE BLUE, To Protect and Serve".Randy has been touching the lives of police officers nationwide for more than 10 years in his dynamic presentation "POLICING WITH HONOR". In this reality based and motivational seminar, Randy tackles one of the most difficult areas of police training. How to survive your career ethically as well as physically. Drawing on his more than thirty year police career with the Princeton New Jersey and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Departments, Randy who rose to the rank of Lieutenant and became one of the highest decorated police officers in department history speaks from the heart as he examines the temptations and actions that have destroyed the careers and lives of law enforcement officers across the nation. In these troubled times, when the scrutiny of the police has never been greater, Randy helps officers to recognize and build the "Culture of Pride" within their agencies and within themselves.
Designed for police academy recruits all the way to Chiefs and Sheriffs, "POLICING WITH HONOR" provides not only essential information but the motivation to excel through the concepts of Kindness, Compassion, Courtesy and Competence.
