With just days to go until early voting, six of the leading Democratic candidates seeking to represent the 10th Congressional District met for a live primary debate.
NY1’s Zack Fink, Courtney Gross and Bob Hardt analyzed the face-off, which was hosted by Spectrum News NY1/WNYC-Gothamist. While there’s not a lot of daylight between the candidates, the team highlighted their subtle differences and discussed which moments they found surprising.
Also, Texas has been recently sending asylum seekers to the city, causing a situation that Mayor Eric Adams described as “horrific.” This has prompted an exchange of words between Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Adams. While the circumstances are still unfolding, the team commented on where things currently stand.
We want to hear from you, especially what you think about Gov. Abbott’s busing of migrants from Texas.
