Enthusiasts of Carl Jung will notice this meditation is very similar to the process of active imagination that Jung often writes about.

This meditation is not aligned with any particular tradition or religion. It can be practiced by anyone. This guided meditation is not hypnosis, it maintains your conscious awareness while guiding you into a deep inner place from which you can perform inner work and exploration. This result is achieved through breathing work, visualization, and sound design.
