The Mosaic Life Podcast with Trey Kauffman
Education:Self-Improvement
Following Nick’s illustrious career in football, Nick immediately lost 85lbs in under 5 months,
showing up at his retirement press conference weighing 208lbs. This grabbed a lot of national
media attention, where Nick was falsely accused of being on performance enhancing drugs during
his playing career, because, “How else could the rapid weight loss be explained?”
Nick decided to use that as motivation to show others how to lose weight fast, reclaim their health and life. The program he designed for himself to lose weight has become the Lose Like a Lineman Program and most recently Lose Like a Lady designed with his health conscious wife, Jayme’s guidance. Together they are helping hundreds of people lose weight and stay active every day. They also host a health and wellness focused podcast, called The HardwickLIFE.
