In our latest episode we discuss our recent solicitation to this community for the top-of-mind topics related to their human resources for business leaders today. We appreciate everyone who took the time to participate in the poll. Your input is invaluable as we strive to tailor our content to address the most pressing challenges and interests of our community.
The Results:
Based on the poll results, it seems like “Employee Wellbeing/Engagement” is a significant concern for our community members, with 53% of respondents indicating this topic. However, we also received interest in other areas such as self-leadership strategy and effective work/hybrid reality.
