9 AM ET: Palestinian prisoner abuse allegations, US tornado streak, weight-loss drugs booming

CNN has gained exclusive evidence from Israeli whistleblowers of alleged Palestinian prisoner abuse. More than 300 tornados have been reported in the US since April 25th, as the severe weather threat continues today. Meanwhile, more heavy rain is expected to hit Brazil as heavy rains and floods have already killed at least 107 people. A major US health care system says it had to divert ambulances from several of its hospitals following a cyberattack.
