The Marriage Life Coach Podcast
Society & Culture:Relationships
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, Shelby Leigh joins me to talk about trauma, resourcing, and windows of tolerance.
Shelby is a trained trauma specialist with 15 years of clinical practice. She has a Masters degree in Somatic Psychotherapy, two Coaching Certificates, and numerous trainings in the Somatic treatment of trauma.
She has been through her own journey with complex PTSD, and she now focuses on teaching trauma awareness to Coaches, facilitators, therapists, organizations and leaders worldwide through her programs Embodied Coaching Experience and Creating Safer Space.
She is also the co-host of Revolutionary Love & Resilience podcast - a place for care providers to connect through personal stories about what comes up when working with people with trauma.
Whether you have experienced trauma or love someone who has, this is such a wonderful and powerful conversation and I know you are going to find it so useful, and it will help you make your marriage stronger.
