Broadcast Dialogue - The Podcast
News:Business News
Over the last number of years, RTDNA Canada's membership had dwindled to just over 100 members as newsrooms tighten budgets and freeze travel for news directors. However, under the leadership of current president Lis Travers, numbers have rebounded over the last few months as the association looks to evolve with the industry.
Travers joins us on this episode to talk about the RTDNA's aggressive membership drive and new board of directors, in addition to why she feels we need to spend more time celebrating the industry's wins, rather than focusing on the challenges.
