LSU Tigers land commitment from 2025 4-star CB Jaboree Antoine | Is Brian Kelly rebuilding DBU?

LSU Tigers add even more star power to the 2025 class with the news over the weekend that 2025 4-star cornerback Jaboree Antoine has committed to LSU. The New Iberia native chose the Tigers over Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Texas A&M, and several other programs across the country to, in his words, "bring DBU back”. The Tigers currently have three 5-stars committed in the 2025 class and have the third ranked recruiting class in the country behind Notre Dame and Clemson.

While the 2025 class gives Tigers fans a ton of reason for optimism, the 2024 Tigers still need help of their own in the secondary. Could help be on the way? Terry Bussey, a five-star two way player who is being recruited as a cornerback, will visit with Brian Kelly and LSU football on Wednesday. The Texas native is the third-ranked player from the Lone Star State in the 2024 class. He originally committed to Texas A&M but decommitted once former head coach Jimbo Fisher was fired in the middle of the 2023 season. What are the Tigers' odds of landing Bussey to add talent and depth to a cornerback room that desperately needs it?
