Have you ever done anything you've regretted? Have you ever said, "If only..." or have you spent time in the land of "would, coulda, shoulda", then you probably have regrets. I believe there's no pain like the pain of regret. The world is full of the pain of regret. There is good news, we can actually gain freedom for our regrets and move on.
