But is sugar really evil? Is a doughnut something to run away from and shout 'danger danger' from the tops of you lungs?
In this episode I go through my approach to sugar, why I avoid it but how to have a normal balance approached that means your aren't addicted to the stuff but you can enjoy birthday cake and ice cream without fear or guilt.
