New research shows thousands of children in Kent are going to school every day without having any breakfast.
According to Childwise, one in ten 7-15-year-olds here in the south east are starting the day on an empty stomach.
There are concerns that leads to them missing out on the equivalent of six hours of lesson time a week, because they can't focus properly on learning.
