Wes Owsley was the SysAdmin in Russia for NASA/MIR and the first 3 crews of the ISS. His background is in Anthropology and IT, and he has been studying some subjects in the esoteric for almost 20 years. Wes returns to Paratopia to talk a bit more about NASA and a whole lot about Bulgarian Ufology and the exopolitical scene there.
