Setting Yourself Up for Success. Well here we are at the 30th podcast and it has been a great time putting out content to help agents become successful. We have had many great topics and even greater special guests so let's push to hundreds. This weeks episode I wanted to give agents a cheat sheet to set themselves up for success. Any agent can take this list of helpful steps and apply it to each deal they have to eliminate stress in themselves and their clients. With these steps deals can be more smooth for the client and prepare the client for the whole transaction of buying or selling a home. By going over what happens through the deal and who is responsible for what and when, you and your client won't be as stressed because the path has been laid out and discussed.
