Catholic counselor Kelsey Johnson, MA, LPC, of Abide Counseling in College Station, joined Pam Marvin to talk about mental health during these difficult times in our world. Pam and Kelsey spoke about coping mechanisms and skills that help people deal with depression, anxiety, fear, and addiction that often finds their root cause in not only the crisis of a pandemic and world events, but also in physical, mental, and emotional stressors that can lead to other mental health symptoms.
