Paul warns the Colossians not to become bored with Jesus or to try to add anything to Jesus in order to find spiritual "fullness" or completion. In Jesus the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily. We have been filled in Him. We need nothing else for our spiritual well-being other than Jesus.
