Speak My Language (Disability)
Society & Culture
We all deserve to feel confident and comfortable in our skin. Many people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds may have a skin disability, but not know what steps they should take to live well with their condition. In this interview, Dr Jo-Ann See will share advice about living well with your skin disability, as well as helpful resources you can access through the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Dr Jo-Ann See is a specialist dermatologist from Sydney who lectures nationally and internationally on skin problems such as acne and skin cancer. She is an experienced clinician who has been in practice for over 25 years. Dr See is also involved in patient and doctor education, research and works with the pharmaceutical industry to help bring new products to the Australian market.
