In this episode of the podcast I speak with head of strength & conditioning and sports science at Bristol City Football Club, Rhys Carr. I have followed the fortunes of Bristol City this past season as an old central defensive partner of mine is now there. Coming all the way up from non-league to the Championship and getting in the team of the year on no mean feet. Rhys is a really open guy and was happy to share what he has got going on down at Bristol City. At the time of writing this they are on the brink of winning League One so by the time it goes out Rhys and the players will no doubt be on the beach!
