Joshua and Kerrie invite you to join them in their conversations about living without the things that chain and enslave the mind, heart, and soul in the Break It series.
The four-episode series looks at the things that may seem like "no big deal" but will negatively impact the way we manage what's before us. It takes intention and work to not only be aware of an unhealthy life-pattern but to break it.
Individuals, families, and organizations are eventually chained and enslaved from giving space to what does not belong in the mind, heart, and soul.
Resource: Exodus 14.
Episodes: 1. Break It. 2. Break It Off. 3. Break It Now. 4. Break It For Good.
Episode 1: Break It
It's a continual process to be aware of the things that enter within our individual life as well as in our family and workplace that chain and enslave us. Sometimes we don't notice how something has become a life-pattern, constraining us from living the best life, impacting ourselves as well as others.
And, there are things in our life we avoid acknowledging. A choice must be made to not only be aware and acknowledge what resides within, but to take action.
Our choices will either sets us free or chain and enslave not only ourselves but those we impact, taking away energy, health, and joy.
Resource: Exodus 14:13-14
Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (NIV).
