Marney Perna has many years of experience in dealing with emotional trauma/stress. Marney is a multi-published author and her most recent book is “Creating Calm amid Chaos.” She is an author, women’s health educator and natural therapist whose speciality is stress management. She combines her many years as a natural therapist with her own life experiences to empower her clients to empty their stress buckets. A traumatic experience in her own life drew her to kinesiology and she often jokes with her family about a one day workshop turning into a monster that now takes up most of her time.
