IMPACT OC-Preventing Child Abuse in Orange County

How can Orange County prevent child abuse? The Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Council is convened by the nonprofit, The Raise Foundation, which is dedicated to stopping the cycle of abuse through education, advocacy, community collaboration, and comprehensive services for families and children. Hamel is a previous recipient of The Raise Foundation’s Champion of Children award.
