Sober Speak- Alcoholics Anonymous Recovery Interviews
Religion & Spirituality:Spirituality
Episode 112
In this episode of Sober Speak, Jill N shares her personal experience of how recovery from Alcoholism is a family affair. Jill N is a member of Al-Anon and it was through her experiences with this program that she learned that basic self-care is really caring for the whole family and that sometimes less support/confrontation can take away the power of disruptive behavior.
