Last week, we took a trip back and visited a masterpiece of cinema and a film whose cultural impact is still felt today in Jaws. This week, with the help of the God of Podcasting himself, we review the latest film influenced by Spielberg's shark film in The Meg, which was sold to us as a fun tongue-in-cheek romp against a prehistoric mega-shark (or megaladon). How did it turn out? Well, let's just say that the total scores across the panel wouldn't even be a perfect score.
Remember, we need Apple Podcasts reviews and we want to get to 150 by the end of the year! Find the link below and rate/review/subscribe to the show; when we hit 150, everyone who has left a review will be entered to win one of three $25 gift cards or numerous other prizes; just our way of giving back and saying thank you for your support. We'll see you at the movies!
