Some 9,000 FFA members from schools across Texas gathered in Stephenville, Texas, in March to compete in 17 contests, including livestock, nursery/landscape, farm business management and floriculture. Tarleton State University has hosted the Tarleton Invitational FFA Career Development Event Judging Contest for 43 years, giving students an opportunity to hone their skills before competing in area contests.
